Kunkura caters for Bow Hunters ONLY, and is set in the Waterberg biosphere.

The Waterberg Biosphere Reserve’s International status was acknowledged in March 2001 and now forms part of an international network of biosphere reserves registered with UNESCO (United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization). The reserve is the first “savannah” biosphere in South Africa. Its unique bio diversity features and cultural aspects make the area a special place to visit and live in.

The lodge consisting of 5 Rustic but elegant on suite chalets-hot and cold water all amenities included a swimming pool for relaxing and hot times. Large under thatch lapa and boma with open firefor the relaxing evenings, after a great hunting day.

Situated in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, between Vaalwater and Lephalale lays the Waterberg Biosphere 50km from the limpoporiver. Kunkura is only 2 1/2 hours from JHB. International Airport, where clients gets picked and driven to Kunkura for an Adventure of a lifetime.
