Agreement and Rates

Daily Rates

1. Hunters $ 350.00
2. Non Hunters $ 180.00
3. 14% VAT is payable on the daily rate.
4. Arrival and Departure days no charge.

Daily Rates Include

1. Service of professional hunters, skinners and full camp staff.
2. All meals, soft drinks, bottled water and alcoholic beverages.
3. Full accommodation and internal transport during the safari.
4. Field preparation of trophies and transport to taxidermist.
5. Daily Laundry.
6. Comprehensive first-aid kit.

Rates Exclude

1. Air charter flights before, during and after safari.
2. Accommodation for Hotel or Guesthouse.
3. Taxidermy, dipping, packing and shipping charges.
4. animals wounded and lost will be paid in full plus 14% VAT.
5. Gratuities to staff and professional hunters at the discretion of the client.
6. Medical and accident insurance liability cover.

Conditions and Payment Terms

1. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the daily rate will ensure your reservation. Balance payable on arrival in camp.
3. all payments must be in cash, travelers cheques or VISA and Mastercards.
4. All clients are advised to please check with your physician for African Tropical Precautions prior to your departure.

Cancellation charges will apply

The 50% deposit is non-refundable but we will consider to re-schedule your safari for one season only.

Insurance

Contact your local Travel Agent for an inexpensive insurance policy to cover personal valuables, cancellation charges and medical expenses in case of illness or evacuation.

Liability

Pelser Bowhunting Adventures (Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, illness or injury that may occur during or on safari. Any extra expenses incurred as a result of shall be the responsibility of the client.
